Daily loop

one lesson, one drill, one submission. Read the technique, generate or edit your asset, check it against the pass checklist before moving on. A pass is every checklist item true, not “close enough” or “I like how it looks.”

Weekly redo

once a week, go back and rerun the lesson you passed with the least confidence. AI tools update on their own schedule and a technique that worked last month can behave differently this month. A skill in this track that isn’t re-tested periodically isn’t a skill you can rely on, it’s a skill you got lucky with once.

Interleave, don’t binge

later lessons deliberately re-use earlier skills in new combinations. Lesson 6 needs Lessons 3, 4, and 5 running at once. Lesson 13 needs all twelve. That’s intentional. If an earlier skill resurfaces and it doesn’t hold up, that’s the signal to redo it, not skip past it.

The capstone is the actual test

Lesson 13 isn’t a new skill, it’s every earlier skill running at the same time under real conditions, gated by the disclosure checklist before anything ships. If it exposes a gap, that gap was always there, the capstone just found it before a real publish did. Fix the specific step that reveals the gap, don’t redo the whole piece to avoid finding it.

On tools

every drill names a current tool as the default path (Gemini image/video, Seedream/Seedance) because those are what you already have running. If you swap tools mid-track, the objective and pass criterion do not change. That’s the point.
